Relax and Unwind!

This recovery session is great to do post-workout to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and to promote recovery, at the end of a long day before bed, or if you are feeling stiff and want some movement that feels good. By connecting our breath to our movement and stretching without FORCING, we allow our bodies to loosen with ease, melt away stress, and stretch without strain.

Stressed? Overwhelmed? Feeling stiff? Had a long day and need to unwind? If you answered “yes” to any of the above, this video is for you. Through slow, mindful movement and intentional breathing, you’ll encourage your body to shift into a state of rest and recovery. Gentle mobility helps release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore balance without pushing or straining.

Rest, recovery, and easy movement are just as important as hard, sweaty sessions. Take these 15 minutes to move with care, reconnect with your breath, and give your body the attention it deserves. You’re worth it.
