Mobility Flow for Flexibility

This mobility-focused yoga flow is designed for dancers who want real flexibility with control. Through dynamic stretching and fluid, purposeful transitions, you’ll increase range of motion while releasing deep-held tension—without forcing or collapsing into end ranges. Expect intentional work for the hips, spine, shoulders, ankles, and fascia, supporting joint health, elasticity, and coordinated strength. This class helps you create space where you need it most, so flexibility feels usable, integrated, and responsive.

The result: cleaner lines, smoother transitions, and more injury-resilient movement— creating confidence and connection throughout your body to approach choreography with a strong sense of self-belief and body awareness.

Jenna Fun Fact: Yoga was the first form of cross-training that I was ever exposed to! I remember feeling so much stronger and more pliable in my body after I went to a weekly yoga class with my mom growing up! :)

To this day, yoga is something I practice consistently and I often use yoga-inspired movements in my warm-ups and workouts. (Keep a lookout for yoga videos coming soon!)
